Yogurt Tuna Wrap
This is a happy mixture of the taste of fresh yogurt and tuna rolled into one delicious wrap.
Roll the tuna and various vegetables with yogurt sauce into a wrap for a healthy and light snack.
Preperation of ingredients [1 person 25min ]
1 can Tuna
1 pc Tomato medium sz
100 gr Fresh yogurt
60 gr Mayonnaise
1 tsp Minced onions
1 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Tabasco
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper
1. Remove water from the can of tuna, remove the core from the tomato and slice them
2. Add the ingredients for the sauce together and whisk
3. In a bowl, add tuna, tomato, yogurt sauce and mix together.
4. Using a frying pan, lightly roast the tortilla’s on both sides
5. Put lettuce on the tortilla and add the mixed ingredients. Roll into wrap and enjoy!
