Pour 0.8L of well fermented yogurt that has been in a fridge for more than 5 hours into the strainer of the Yogurberry Cheese Maker.
Put the strainer into the body and then close the strainer lid and body cap (it is possible to store the Cheese Maker without the body cap in the fridge if the space is limited).
Keep the Cheese Maker in the fridge for more than 24hours to make fresh cheese.
