Soft and delightful, the panna cotta is a traditionally Italian dessert but we made it with yogurt instead of cream.
It’s healthy and delicious!
350 gr Freshly made plain yogurt
300 ml Milk
2 tbsp Blueberry base/puree
3.5 sheets Gelatin
1 tsp Vanilla syrup
113 gr Honey
- Please make sure that the panna cotta is cooled off in a flat surface in the refrigerator.
